COOKIE ORDER FORM

Cookies start at $54 per dozen for a simple, 2-3 color design. Prices are adjusted based on complexity of design and number of details. All cookies are hand made and individually sealed in food safe plastic clear bags.

Please keep in mind that orders have should be placed 3 weeks prior to delivery date
Rush orders may be accommodated if scheduling allows. Please email oscarsprintshop@gmail.com directly for rush orders.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
50% deposit is required at time of order
Full payment must be received 7 days prior to delivery.
Orders cancelled within 4 days of delivery will receive a 50% refund.

Currently, we are offering pick up from Bogota, NJ.
